Mark Scarpa is currently our realtor. He was very thorough in explaining the home buying process, as we are first time homebuyers and he continues to patiently address any questions we have. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs and consistently sends us all listings that are potential matches. Mark is very due diligent when it comes to getting the information that is valuable to our decision making on all potential houses of interest. He is very responsive, as he always answers my texts/emails in a timely manner. He is professional, friendly, and so nice to work with.
