My husband and I had been referred to Michelle when we were thinking of purchasing a home . We were so surprised that she got back to us by the end of the day and told us that we were pre-approved for a mortgage. She was so friendly , knowledgeable , and helpful . I could tell that she was an honest and sincere person . I referred my daughter and future son – in- law to Township Mortgage a few days later . Throughout the whole process she was the calming force and glue that held everything together for me . We were also blessed to have a fabulous and talented realtor from the same office at Township Home . This time , our kids did the referring . Ray is professional, charming , and highly intelligent . He knew every aspect of the home buying process . We had so many questions and he was so patient and helpful to us . I don’t think we would’ve found our home without him. I had quite a few questions about documents that Steve helped me out with . I’m extremely grateful for his help. Then there’s Tony. It was late . He had just recovered from an illness and was still at the office . They were understaffed , due to someone’s vacation and another employee’s serious illness. He called and took the time to explain something in detail and alleviate our fears . He didn’t rush. He made sure that we understood that everything was fine . This one phone call meant so much to us . The people at Township Home and Township Mortgage are professional , honest , kind, and have so much integrity . They treat you like family . We are so blessed and grateful for their help.
