Greetings Mr. Scarpa, I had the great pleasure of recently working with Mark Jr on our family home’s Estate Sale in Tabernacle. I had to personally write this to let you know it was 1 of the best business experiences that I’ve had in all of my past years handling Millions in contracts.. 

It was reassuring to know I had Mark taking care of our Estate sale, as we were going through a very difficult time losing my father, then brother within 4 months.

It would’ve been hard to tell that Even as a young fellow still in his 20s, Mark had the professionalism, knowledge and experience of a seasoned veteran of any business!

Hello again, I neglected to mention another important point that Mark with his due diligence, sought out the BEST Deal (as necessarily bigger being better), as in our case for that sometimes is what’s best for all parties involved, based on our circumstances and time frame.. and it worked out for everyone!
